At the moment, we are operating only in the Dhaka Metropolitan area. We will soon spread our services around the country.
We are equipped with a dedicated customer service center with a cluster of trained representatives for you to connect and get necessary information. We are available from 10 AM to 10 PM, 7 days a week.
Once the goods (non-perishable items) are received, as per the agreement with the merchants, KX Transports takes full responsibility for any damage caused to them before the delivery is confirmed by the customer.
